Dissolution of Marriage sec 10 1 X

Firstly my wife filed all false cases on my and my family for Dowry, Harresment, attempt to Murder. And post 4 months she filed for maintenance demanding 50k a month. Recently she also filed for Dissolution of Marriage under sec 10 1 X since the trials for both Criminal and MC are starting seems like she wants to get away with it. I don’t want to give a divorce to my wife and I don’t want to let her get away with it easily can someone suggest what would be the best course of action?

hi if you dont want to give divorce then you could file petition for restitution of conjugal rights in district court and also quash petition against false FIRs and could pray that you are not guilty of the offences
