dissolution of Hindu marriage. Plea for vacating the stay granted

I have legally divorced on 31/01/2022 ( family court Trivandrum) and my ex-wife got a stay from High court of Kerala on 26/06/2022. My plea for vacating the stay is not yet finalized. Where as now the court has posted the case on 24/02/2024 by showing ' Call for LCR". I may please be informed , what does it mean and what will be the next course of action

LCR means Lower Court Records. Ur appeal will be decided based on the records from Family Court Trivandrum. Records means all the pleadings, documents submitted, oral evidence that you have given etc..Once LCR comes the case will be posted for hearing. Usually matrimonial appeals takes time for being listed for hearing. Since u ve filed application for vacating stay, there is chance that it might be taken up.

the stay at the case will be taken into concentration only after saving the lower course report that is it is placed for LCR LCR means Lower court report only after seeing the logo quote report you are petition will be considered and it is on the genuine ground you can get it stay produce the proof and other things then only it will be you will get the stay and the matter on genuine Grounds only
