Dismission petion in domestic violence case

Domestic violence case filed against me and my family members in etawa in acgm court.I had appeared once on that hearing. I had file section 9 of RCR case in my hometown before they filed Domestic violence case. I had appeared once in DV case. I want to know if i can file dismission petion case in acgm court for dismission of the case?
