Dismissal of maintenance petition

I got ex-parte divorce in 2018. Ex wife received the petition and not presented on order date for ex-parte divorce order hearing. In 2020, she made a petition for maintenance. What to do for dismissal of the maintenance petition?

Is your ex wife working ??? or is she well educated ?? is she eligible to work or capable enough to have her own source of income?? depending on several grounds, you may appeal for dismissal of the plaint for maintenance filed by your wife. you need to contest it.. you need to proof your ex wife is capable of maintaining her ,she has sufficient source of income .life style of your ex wife .liabilities of your ex wife. basic necessities of your ex wife
