discontinue marriage with my husband who is physically assulted me.

I am Hindu religion and 26 year lady.my husband has made assult by beating me and attempted to murder by ride over vehicle upon me.. it was arranged marriage in 2021 . a no.of times given written promise not to do the mistake, but repeated the same. can i file a divorce case in district court and claim marriage expenses.

Yes you can absolutely file a domestic violence case against your husband. You can also file other criminal charges against your husband. He is even liable to pay monthly maintenance to you in installments. Do not worry!!
