Discharge petion in Domesic violence case


12-Feb-2024 (In Divorce Law)
DV case filed against me my mother sister and uncle. I had appeared on one date and in next date my lawyer is saying he will file WS( Written Statement) . I asked him to file discharge petion but he is saying there is no provision of charge hence there cant be any discharge. Its not a criminal case. I want to know if discharge petion can be filed or not?
