Discharge or deletion of parents in DV case

Can discharge or deletion application can be applied for respondent, let's say for parents after cross examination of petitioner finding that no specific date and time mentioned in evidence

Application can be filed to discharge the names of the parents at the beginning of the hearing We need to file an apply for discharge of on prima facie reading no Grave averments of general allegations made against the parents found Feel free to contact me Need to know the details for further advice

Well, the Discharge Petition can certainly be filed on the basis of submission of non credible evidences submitted by the Prosecution which does not contain date and time on such evidences. But, you need to file such Application with Affidavit in support.
