Disadvantage of Ex party divorce case when filled from wife

My brother want mutual divorce but his wife file ex party divorce. In the ex parte divorce can she claim any maintainence after ex party divorce case degree. Is there is any disadvantage of ex party divorce case when it is filled by wife?
ex party divorce can be stopped and yes wife can claim money after divorce only if she is not living on adultery and sge cannot maintain herself and court will grant the same there is a specific judgement to it
