Difference between judgement debtor and decree holder

15-Jul-2023 (In Divorce Law)
I'm the respondent/counter claimant in my MC case. Order was passed stating petition filed by petitioner is dismissed. No order as to cost. The counter claimant filed by respondent is hereby allowed with cost.

Dear Sir/Madam, Your counter claim is decreed and prayers made in the petition by the Petitioner rejected. You may get copy of entire judgment then only you will come to know what prayers made in the counter claim are allowed.
