Did not inform husband about infertility before marriage wants divorce

before marriage I know that I'm infertile I don't have both ovaries.. after marriage I spoke with my husband about this matter now he wants divorce.. but I don't want divorce.. now I can able to conceive by egg donors ivf treatment... so based on this ground my husband can divorce me??? plz answer me through email..
Infertility is not a ground for divorce. Impotance and Infertility are two different terms. Unlike impotancy infertility is no ground for divorce. There are recent rulings by the Apex court on this ground.

Hi... yes u r husband can give divorce on this ground also it also amount mental cruelty. alternative ground u r suggested can be pleaded by you in your application before the court of law. but he have a more chances in the case.
