Did husband have right to file criminal case

I am from hyderabad My wife is mentally sick before marriage Due to that reason i face so many problem like mentally physical marital right and financial loss So can i file criminal case against brother and his wife

hi if she had that fact that she is mentally ill before marriage then you could file petition in court seeking cancellation of marriage on the ground that she had not disclosed the true facts and to declare the marriage as void
