My wife filled all cases on me including 498a .cruality is a ground and why cnt I file for divorce based on 498a annexure .did anyone successfully dealt divorce cases simply 498A annexutes then traditional apporch

u can file the same ..there is no embargo on it to file the same ... file in the court of law and put wat all instances of cruelty have happend against you to substantiate your case and according you can calim for divorce... yes I gave dealt with cases pertaining to divorce successfully
