How long and how much does it take to take anticipatory bail in 498A?

hello and regards in routine anticipatory bail under section 406 and 498A only about one week but is there is only 498A you will surely get a bail in the district court only what if there is Section 406 attached and there is some recovery bending you may have to move to a higher Court for bail the chances of getting a bail in the district court are not 100% and if you have any query regarding the charges of such cases you contact us directly
