Denying mother to meet kids and see kids

My husband has taken my kids to Dubai without informing me and now he sent me divorce papers and not allowing me to see and meet my kids I want to see my kids as it is affecting my mental health what can do

Hello, I have perused your query. In such circumstances you can file for divorce along with an application for custody of children here in India. Divorce procedure is same everywhere irrespective of the state or the country. Serving the petition hugely depends on the foreign country’s law. Most of the countries allow delivering via registered mail. If your spouse’s country permits a registered mail, then mail the serving petition with a return receipt postal form.
