Delivery issue still noice has not delivered to opponent ,

I have send legal notice , and got message as process issued on 5th oct. When can opponent receive legal notice?

Well, you have to check with either the concerned Court Staff who sent the legal notice or summons on your behalf or if you have personally sent the notice, then, check the status online whether it has got delivered or not by putting the tracking no.
