Delay in receipt of maintenance - Maintenance U/S 144 and G&W

This is regarding my Application for Maintenance filed under the G&W as well as U/S 144. Both of them have been filed for about an year now yet I have not even got an interim order. I would like to discuss on the same

after filing the case then it has to be listed and arguments should be done ✔️. I guess the case is not proceeding as required hence there is no such interim maintenance or interim orders given in your favour.

Dear Madam, Due to many reasons family courts not awarding interim maintenance though it has to be decided within few weeks of filing of such applications. You have two options you may lodge complaint to his higher authorities or get it transferred to some other court so that your interim application is decided in few days.
