Defence Evidence not struck off, Arrears of 2.50 lacs pending

Brief facts, initially lawyer worked well in 2-3 hearings but later fake settlement agreement agreed planned between our lawyer & accused lawyer. Settlement agreement not abide by the respondents, cancelled agreement, defence Evidence not struck off by magistrate (biased), accused & his lawyer not appearing in court, 2.50 lacs pending of interim maintenance, not arrested even once, lawyers have handshake with each other, how to execute the execution application and recover the arrears? Remedies?
An execution petition has to be filed on time and a brief facts of the property and the assets details need to be given to the court for tha attachment of the property of the accused person. And presenting before the court for the execution is mandatory.
