Defamation case on Wife and her family

Hi, my wife and her family recently filed for divorce and included false allegations about my sexuality and we didnt consummate in our marriage which is false. I came to know this was intentionally put in by my wife lawyer to get her divorce on cruelty grounds quicklyIf I file for these defamation charges on my wife, will it give an assumption to judge that this marriage is not going to work since I filed this and give the divorce decree on her favor?

hi you cannot file defamation case now and you need to defend the case stating that it is based on all false allegations mentioned in the case and that you could engage an adcocate to repreaent on your behalf
