Dear sirnnMy wife filed 498 and 508 of domestic case against me without any evidence and proof bcz they cheated me as her first marriage to me but she got married another person and had 10 years child and they didn't concealed that information

hi you could file quash petition against Section 498A that the allegations mentioned in the FIR are false and incorrect and that you could also file fo4 divorce or annulement of marriage on the ground that the fact that she was married earlier was disclosed before marriage
