Dear Sir / Madam, I am petitioner and filed RCR on my wife who is respondent. Since from 2019 i am not getting any conclusion. My wife didn't attend the mediation and court is given petitioner evidence and cross examination. I am attending the court regularly. And my wife side they are absense. Now judge has informed to my wife how many time we have informed but your lawyer is not present and passed no petitioner evidence and now they have given respondent evidence. I have case tommorrow. Please inform what i should and i don't want any divorce since i need to lead a life. My advocate informed that they will file an applicaton and again open the petitioner cross. Can you please inform how to speak with judge and process further

Dear Sir They are simply playing with the court's leniency. If such Application filed and allowed then approach High Court and submit that it is nothing but misuse of institution of Justice and mockery of Justice.
