Can mother in law file a DV case against wife after three years of her living separately? Or is it too late?

Yes mother in law can file DV case even after 3 years if she has share the household with your wife ! As such there isn’t any time barred to Dv case. You need to hire expert advocate in this case! Plz b in touch

after residing separately from her daughter in law for 3 years, the mother in law can still file a domestic violence case in court. However, it is necessary to provide evidence to support this claim.
