Dear AllI would like share my issue. I call off the wedding after engagement. Bride side lodged the FIR against my whole family(4 members). Charges has been framed on chargesheet but name of 2 people has been removed. We have take anticipatory bail, bail has bee granted to my mother n me also but before bail agreement court has sent us on Mediation. Settlement has been done.The condition of settlement is this:-n1. I will pay 4'lacs within 10; days. Which I had paid.2. I will pay 3 lacs after filing joint compromise petition on district court.3- opposite party will withdraw all the cases against us after filing joint compromise petition.Now the situation is this I had paid 4lacs to bride side. But he has not filed joint compromise petition on district court (as per mediation settlement)nCharged are against me n my mother is 420, 504, 34.What should I do when bride side refused to follow the condition of Mediation agreement.Meditation was referred by Ranchi high court (jhalsa).
