custody of children in the same house

I am living with my wife and two son age 11 and age 7 in the same house in delhi but i live in different room. My wife does not allow my children to come to my room. I cannot take my children outside house i.e to market or to my relatives. she confines children to their room only. Only she can take children outside home. In the same house, i donot have any right of father. What legal remedy is available to me. I dont want to divorce my wife.

I would suggest you to get an FIR lodged against him for illegally confining your children in her room. You should also file a custody case for claiming custody of your children. For more details you may consult me in that regard.

First of all rather than going legally you should serve your partner a legal notice as to why she is doing all these and try to figure out what's going on in her mind regarding you. After that if she fails to give you a satisfactory reply then you can anytime send a complaint regarding your grievances in writing to the police station according to your jurisdiction.
