Custody for my baby and maintenance and divorce

My son is 5 month old can my husband take custody of my child ? When he can claim for custody of child? If i take mutual divorce will he give maintenance?

custody of a minor below 5 years remains compulsory with mother. so you don't need to bother on that. as far as maintenance under mutual divorce is concerned, it entirely depends upon the agreement between you and your husband. if you want maintenance and he does not agree, don't agree on mutual divorce..
