custody case filed by father,left high paid job to not give maintenanc

I have been living alongwith my son aged 11 years now, away from my husband for more than 8yrs. Husband has filed a custody case,he is not working. In his plea he mentioned that mother is unable to provide for better education and upbringing. I'm working and to take better care of my son I changed my job and city of work. The child is also not interested to live with father not even to meet him outside my parental home. Need case references to proceed with my current case for stronger footing.

do not worry no body can take your child custudy from you but you can fight your case strongly because you have strong ground that your children father is not working. and second thing is this your child want to live with you
