Crutely husband filed case.on me n i want to contest

My spose had filed for contested divorce. I have received petition copy as well. The petition copy is so lengthy and false allegations . I need to file for a written statment i want to contest and drag the case as much as possible as I do not want the spouse to get it easily and I don't want him to again cheat another woman. How to drag the case n guide me the steps so tat i won't go wrong again in my life.

then next date of hearing you can file vakalth with your advocate first you can approach to your advocate office and discusse about case facts what's the main matter and later getting advice you can file court you version

Dear Madam, Normally, the husband's not getting any divorce on the grounds cruelty alone. You can drag the matter for years together and he may not get divorce so easily. He can file interim application under Section 24 of HM Act and claim maintenance like that you can prolong the matter.
