Mera vakil sayad meri patni se baat krta h ye mujhe lgta h 2 saal section9 ko ho gya h degree nhi dila rhe h..mujhe Varanasi me vakil chahiye jo kam paise m mera kesh dekhe qki jaha Mai kaam krta tha job chut gya h ab kam paise me kaam krta huam...ek sawal h agar patni ko divorce de to pahle wali salary ki base pr maintenance dena hoga ya abhi jo mera salary h is based pr maintenance dena hoga..qki Mai ab uske sath rhna nhi chahta kiraye ke 3 makan Khali kr chuke uski wjh s or dukan s nikale gye

Aap apne vakil badal lijiye, kya aap k viruddh aur bhi case chal raha hai... jaise sec 125 crpc, Dv act ya Dp Act ya 498A ka... agar aap divorce denge to aapko ek must paisa deke bhi talaq mil sakta hai... aur maintenance jo dena hoga uss dauran aapki vartman kamai k lagbhag 1/4 ho sakta hai... baki jankari k liye phone par sampark kare...

your resolution of conjugal rights under section 9 is not giving decree. you want a valid lawyer in varanasi agar maintenance Dena hai to see the provisions of the act. aap use saath nahi rehna hain then you can decide whether the old salary or new salary
