Dekhiye divorce file kar sakte hain mental cruelty k ground par sec 13 hindu vivah adhiniyam k anusar lekin kuch sabhut jaroor hona chahiye aur dusri bat talak hone k bad aap ko aapke kamai k anusar ek must rakam (Alimony ) dena padega... uske bad aap hamesha k liye free ho sakte hain. aapki wife ne kya koi case kiya hai ya nahi aapki wife ne agar koi case case kiya hai to kon sa us sabki jankari aapko batni hongi aapki query unclear hai agar aapko rehna hai wife sath to uska alag option hai agar nahi rehna to uska alag

Talak ke baad biwi guzar-basar ke liye maintenance maang sakti hai, jo aapki aamdani par nirbhar hoga. Kam aamdani ka pramaan court me rakhein. Jhoothi dhamkiyon ke proof ikattha kar kanooni suraksha ke liye vakil se salah lein.
