18 माहीन आरसीआर सेक्शन9 को होने वाला है 5 नोटिस समवन भी जा चुका है अगर एक पक्ष की डिग्री हो जाता है तो क्या तलाक डाल सकता है अगर तलाक के समय पत्नी आ जाती है तो क्या तलाक मैं ले सकता हूं या कोर्ट डिसमिस कर देगा.. .सलाह दीजिए हमें तलाक चाहिए..कुछ वकीलों का कहना है कि आरसीआर की डिग्री के बाद 2 साल या एक साल अलगाव के बाद ही हम तलाक ले सकते हैं
