Crpc125, execution case closure after paying the due

The main Crpc125 case got closed already, but the criminal case is still going on. I have payment due for 5 years. If I pay now, will the execution case get closed automatically?

dear client as per your query since your 125 CrPc case is already closed and criminal case is going on say in details sections 498A or something else you can consult me online by paying online consultancy fees....

You have to make the payment and take bail from the learned court... or else the complainant needs to submit an application before the learned court to dismiss the execution case as everything has been amicably settled between both the parties. Regards, Subhashis Paul Advocate High Court, Calcutta
