Dear sir The provision of Section 125, Cr.P.C. is criminal in nature and you must defend it by building a strong defence which would enable you to avoid maintenance, if she is not eligible for it. For assistance you may consult me.

If your wife has filed a petition for maintenance under section 125 crpc then you would require to contest the same with your response or else you would be held liable for the payment of maintenance amount. First of all you must apply for anticipatory bail from the court just in case the police officials arrest you in some misleading case filed against you by your wife. And as far as the petition under section 125 is concerned you need to file a para wise reply/WS to the allegations that are levied against you by your wife.
