CrPc 125 maintenance - wife may hv earned better/equal to husband

I m hindu, lost job on 31-12-2918, hez Muslim, retd. Fm rly. Services on 20-8-14 marriage under spl. Marriage act on 17-01-1990, Pl help me with outstanding case laws/ sub-sections of 125 where wife is qualified may hv earned more/ equal than husband as he with 18 months(hez aaftab poonawala of 1990), ruined d'ter & my life by office romancing, n planned all ways to physically/ mentally torture to get rid of us n married her in sept.1995, when this marriage still subsisting

Well, I do not think so, any Judgements Courts have pronounced till date, in which, Courts have granted Maintenance to a Wife earning equivalent or earning more than her hubby. Hence, I will try, but cannot give you the guarantee, that, I'll be able to get such judgements for you.
