Cousin's mother in low wants to file fake dowry case against us

Sir, We (Father & uncle) living jointly in one house. My cousin's marriage organized one year ago and we organized it very well. Now due to some family dispute cousin's mother in law wants to file fake dowry case against all family members. My cousin is unemployed but I and my real brother are working in Govt. job. Our name is on Invitation card Now How can we save our job and ourself from fake case our Name is on Inv.

hello, the dispute will arise once they file any sort of case, if they file an FIR, it won't be an issue since you have the option for filing a petition in High Court to quash the FIR which is fake and frivolous, in cases where there is issue of govt. employees it is always suggested that you should file this petition to safeguard yourself. contact me for further information thanks
