Court order not updated for the judgement in ecourt portal

20-Jan-2025 (In Divorce Law)
Dear Sir/madam, my wife did not appear for witness statement in 498A case. Hence the judge acquitted me and my family. I got the certified copy of the judgement from my lawyer where it is mentioned that i am acquitted from the case. But the same judgement is not uploaded in the ecourt portal (after 4 months is passed). The case status is still same like before. 1) What does it mean? (Kindly help me on this) 2) Now what should I do ? ( apply for divorce or initiate any criminal proceeding)

dear client as per your query since you have got the judgement then surely it will be updated or you need to check and verify this it depends on you whether you want to apply for divorce or not as it is of two types mutual and contested..
