Dear Sir,

If no one is appearing from your wife's side, even after the summons have been received by her, you can have an ex-parte decree in your favour from the Court. Please move an appropriate application for the same.

As you have filed a divorce petition in the court and if the summons have been received by your wife and inspite of this your wife is not appearing before the court in person or through her advocate, in such case you must request to the court to start exparte proceedings.

You can issue a notice in local newspaper which is widely distributed across the locality where your wife is living.
If that doesn’t help you can ask your advocate to ask court to issue a ex-parte decree.
