Court fee for amending the application in divorce and child custody

Do we have to pay every time we are doing amendment? My lawyer is asking 43K for filing an application to modify/cancel IA order filed by my ex husband and 43K for modifying the MC (divorce) application. Her fee is also high. I will be bankrupt if i keep on paying money like this. Please suggest
Hi, as I client you have all right to choose your advocate, change your advocate and if not satisfied then ask for no objection certificate to take another lawyer with clear cut instructions and fee structure. It depends on how you decide fee before handing over the case to your advocate.
