Counter Petition against Section 205

I am under divorce trial, my husband stays in US and his father is appearing in court. He filed section 205 to dispense his personal attendance and allow his father to represent on his behalf. No we need to file a counter against this. Can you please help.

hi first need to see the contents of the petition filed by him and the reasons seeking for dispensing appearance from the court and then you could file counter stating that the grounds mentioned are false

sure you can file counter in his 205 petition for disagree attendance of his father and request court to produce him rather then his father .and you can go for LOC notice order against him and you can ask for maintenance monthly for you.
