NO say order on my WS, filed for set aside of WS app, No Order passed yet. WS is not yet Exh, how can i file CC ?
1. Amendment of WS with CC
Or
2. Additional WS with CC

3. Straight away file it.
Wife has filed a Divorce in Special marriage act , can I file a Divorce in counter claim in prayers ?
Well, if you both need Divorce, then, it is best to file a Mutual Divorce Petition as per the concerned act in which you have got married, rather than both of you fighting Unilateral Divorce Cases from your respective ends.

If you have given an application to set aside the no WS . You have to give the WS same time of setting aside application
