Counter case after evicted from DV case

my wife has filed a DV case on all family members, court has removed my sister's name as my wife accepted in court the sister does not stay at the matrimonial home and the court mentioned this information in order that respondent-5 does not hold a Domestic relationship hence not sending summon to respondent-5Can my sister now file any criminal case on my wife ? under which section of IPC ? and what is the procedure for it.

Yes…your sister has been defamed and therefore she can always file for defamation against your wife and claim damages. You can also file a RCR or a divorce petition against your wife just to create a pressure. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.

Sir,

Your sister at maximum can file a case for defamation that too no judge will take cognizance. It will be very difficult for you all to pursue and convince the police officers to make a case against and register an FIR against your wife.

Yes she can file case under defamation (both criminal n civil), and ask for compensation from your wife in civil demotion that due to indulge in the name she got harassed n her reputation also got damaged in society ! ..other relevant section s can also b implicated depending on the facts ..plz b in touch
