Is Counseling for mutual divorce is really mandatory in the court of law as me and my ex-wife separated from past one year and applied for mutual divorce in the court of law because me and my ex-wife are not ready for counseling but court has ordered for counseling is this really necessary?I just need to know

yes absolutely it is mandatory but there is a options is there simply you go and sit your advocate can talk and close the case .....and type D agreement and close the matter there itself no need to worry no need to disclose that you are already about second marriage

it's mandatory for mediation you both can appear and say that you both want to go for divorce that's it it's an mandatory process in mutual divorce and even contesting divorce so need not to worry both can appear and say you want divorce
