Convert to islam to get rid of evil hindu wife

Hi i was proud to be hindu, ever since i married 9 years back i never had happiness in my life my hindu wife was always quarrelling doesnt want to be with our family due to her behaviour my mom become heart patient and died on the day of my mom death she stole jewellery and Infront police she had wrote n went. she used to taunt me that a hindu man cant marry again without wife consent playing with my life so i was fed up wanted to convert to islam to get rid of this evil hindu woman in my life.

Your situation is really pathetic. But in several decisions courts have held that changing religion to escape from divorce law cannot be allowed, and such a person cannot get such benefit as he expects.
