Contested divorce to Mutual procedure

16-Apr-2023 (In Divorce Law)
I need clarity for below 3 points.1. I have filed a divorce case 13(1)(ia)(ib), 2.5 years back. Now the boy side has agreed to mutual divorce and has exchanged articles and the alimony amount will be given in form of DD through the court. What is the procedure to convert the contested divorce to Mutual divorce?. How long does it take to complete the formalities?.2. I filed a DV act case (Sec 12 (1), 20 R/W, 23) last month. My lawyer gave only the filing register number. Am not able to see the case status online. When I asked my lawyer - he said, the DV act case status cannot be seen online. Is that true?.3. For converting the contested divorce into mutual, my lawyer said the below procedures. a. First the DV act is to be withdrawn. But yesterday he told us to sign the letter for withdrawing the MC case. b. After a week, he told the boy side to come & sign the petition. c. After summer vacation, he will assign a date. On that date - he said, he will complete all the formalities
