If marital disputes are ongoing and the wife is threatening divorce and legal action, is it strategically better to wait and defend or file for divorce first? What precautions should be taken at an early stage?

What precautions should be taken at an early stage?” All depends on your real fact assessment wether situation is really so worse to get legal separation or it is just situational reaction. If it is real then also all depends on financial status,and demands of party any many more. But is suggested not to initiate Divorce from husband side but he can take another step to strengthen his position.

ok i understand your questions son you can file a threataning case against her she gave tortut to you can file divorce also on the ground of cruality and dsertion ground and you keep it electronic or documentary ecedance it is use full to you at court like call records and if any evedance of the threatening and cruality related words you keep it better to file a case at court
