How the mediation process takes place in contested divorce? What if one party is not ready for mediation? Will the judge agree if one party is not ready to go for mediation?

u can must bound to go for mediation centre and there u hv give ur valuable reason infront of mediation officer…if ur mediation is failed they return ur maater in court…..after that court ll b decided….
