07-Feb-2026 (In Divorce Law)
i filled for divorce from my husband in 2024, almost all the arguments and evidence are closed. and in the last hearing in Jan'26 arguments completed from opposite side without me, when i went to next hearing after 2 weeks , my case number listed showing "orders" in the notice board. after that also orders not disclosed, now in online showing the same "order" by next week date. i am confused when will the order will release and judge didn't hear anything from my end, initially 2 enquiy only com
When a case is listed for “orders,” it usually means arguments are completed and the matter is reserved for judgment. There is no fixed time limit for pronouncing orders, and courts may re-list it under “orders” multiple times. If you were not heard, you can file a memo for reopening arguments or a petition seeking opportunity to address oral arguments, especially if principles of natural justice are affected.
