When a case is listed for “orders,” it usually means arguments are completed and the matter is reserved for judgment. There is no fixed time limit for pronouncing orders, and courts may re-list it under “orders” multiple times. If you were not heard, you can file a memo for reopening arguments or a petition seeking opportunity to address oral arguments, especially if principles of natural justice are affected.
