contest transfer of divorce case

I am filing for divorce at wife's matrimonial place. I have some problem in my spine and have medical report. She will apply to transfer to her place. Q1 My lawyer says only this won't be enough to appeal to transfer to middle place. I need to mention threat to life. Does it work that way as judge would know of such tricks already? Q2 her lawyer is asking to file under 13b and bargaining on the money like trading. Can I record the conversation and complain?

dear client, as per your query since you are facing medical conditions as there is a problem in your spine you can file for divorce from your jurisdiction you can submit your medical report yes she can apply for transfer of case , yes you can apply to file under 13B Hindu marriage act but there should be mutual agreement on all points

the simple answer to your transfer of jurisdiction is to prefer one civil revision before Calcutta high court. under this remedy through your medical issues, you can easily transfer your case. if the advocate of other party is causing harassment to you, it's better to lodge a complaint against the advocate before the bar association of that particular court. it will help you a lot. for further discussion regarding the high court revision, you can connect with me for assistance.
