My wife has filed a false FIR against me and my family members stating demand for dowry and domestic violence which is absolutely false.
In reality she has lived with me for only one and half month in 6.5 years of marriage and refused to come to my home even after requesting for the same multiple times. Now she has filed false case under dowry demand. What can I do to prove all the allegations false and baseless
false fir 498a amounts to legal terrorism so evidence is needed as very often the husband's are falsely implicatef now your wife has filed a false case for dowry demand thou your wife barely stayed with you
