Contest divorce case judgement in other city

My divorce case is in Bengaluru. Family court has given the judgement. I want to challenge it. Can I file it in my home town Kanpur or can I file in high court of U. P. in Allahabad?

no you cannot file other state you can file only family court judgement came in Bangalore you can file Karnataka High Court itself and contrast the matter defence I have the option to file only in Karnataka High Court there is no

Dear Madam, You cannot file appeal in your State. Such Appeal to be filed in the same State and that too in the High Court. Within 90 days of such judgment you have to prefer appeal and you have to take stay order otherwise he may get marry during this period as he had already got divorce from you.
