Dear Madam, It is not known actual contents of settlement. Whether it was ended in divorce or marriage continued. If the proceedings ended in Trial Court your husband cannot file contempt proceedings before the High Court. please approach any advocate near to you with all the documents and take legal advise amd accordingly contest all the cases between you and your husband.
