Constant bluster for right in property.
23-Aug-2024 (In Divorce Law)
Sir, My uncle is deaf and dumb by birth and he was married in 2006. He had 2 kids and later in 2015 she eloped with someone along with her children. My grandparents tried to call her back and even ask for the custody of children but she continuously denied the custody as well as divorce. Now she came back and wants the right in the ancestral property. We have proofs of her next marriage, had files missing complaint when she eloped and prior to 2015 she demanded divorce for which we have all docs
if she had remarried with some other person then she would not have any right in ancestral property, but their children from first marriage have rights in the property.
but your grandfather has some options to save his property,
kindly let me know more about your case so I would provide you a proper guidance .
